It’s our first solocast of Season 2 and Katharine sits down to talk about gratitude and loss. She shares her thoughts on how these two concepts are inextricably linked and gives examples from her own life. She also talks about the upcoming holiday craziness and how sometimes (against our better judgment) we end up doing things we said we’d “NEVER” do — and how that’s not always a bad thing. She also reads a poem by one of her favorite poets, Mary Oliver. This is a short and sweet episode and we hope you enjoy this one as a kickoff to your holiday season.

If you enjoyed this episode, can we ask you a favor and please subscribe, share, and review it. Thank you so much for listening!
