Hello and welcome to Season 3 of A Rainbow in the Storm! We are so excited to be back and to launch this new season, which we know will be our best one yet.

We are thrilled to have intrapersonal relationship coach, betrayal trauma practitioner, and all around interesting human Mr. Jay on today’s episode to kick off this season. Mr. Jay is a multi-hyphenate coach and guide who specializes in betrayal trauma. And if you don’t know what that is, don’t worry we go into all of it in this juicy episode. Dr. Jay also answers some of our burning questions like: can couples truly heal and move on after betrayal including infidelity? How is betryal trauma different than run of the mill trauma, grief, or sadness? How does our childhood play into our adult relationships? And why Mr. Jay doesn’t like the word “heal.”

Thank you as always for listening. And if you’ve enjoyed this episode or any others, please subscribe, rate, and leave us a review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.
