Katharine is back after a brief (and again unplanned!) hiatus to talk about the feminine urge to burn things to the ground and start again. She shares her recent realization that although she is very expressive she still holds back speaking her deepest truth for fear of judgment. She ponders the thought that her desire to start over is simply a desire to live in alignment with her truth. She also shares her belief that the more we live in our own inner alignment, the more we are of service to those we love because our life becomes one holy moment after the next, as we become more open-hearted, truthful, and loving.
